I know this probably isn't "wrong" from a legal standpoint. In fact I'm almost sure of it; design patents are tenuous things (See: Nike Air Force 1 and A Bathing Ape Bape Sta). Still, the "Twombly" by Vivism leaves me feeling a bit ill. I mean, seriously... Checkerboard print on a slip-on shoe that is not made by Vans? IS NOTHING SACRED?Via Hypebeast.
